Jnanabhumi Scholarship 2021 : Apply Online, Renewal, Status – Jnanabhumi is an online portal dedicated to the Andhra Pradesh government for implementation of various scholarship schemes offered by various government departments. Launched in the year 2017, it is a digital platform with the help of which the state government implements and distributes its pre-matric, post matric and other scholarship schemes. Earlier these schemes were implemented through AP EPAS portal. Students living in Andhra Pradesh state and from SC, ST, BC, Minorities, Kapu, EBC, different capacity communities can avail benefits under these schemes.

What is Jnanabhumi Portal?
- The result of continuous reforms in knowledge land portal processes and systems launched with the aim of providing student-focused, accountability and transparent governance.
- Currently, the portal will enter pre-matric, post matric and other scholarship schemes offered by 15 government departments including Social Welfare Department, Tribal Welfare Department, BC Welfare Department, Minority Welfare Department and more.

Pre – Matric Scholarship – Andhra Pradesh
- The scheme aims to reduce drop-out occurrence in transition from primary to second stage of education.
- The government provides variable financial assistance to students studying in classes 5 to 10 and belonging to SC/ ST/ BC/ Disabled communities.
- The main objective behind this scheme is to improve participation of SC/ ST/ BC/ disabled students in class 5 to 10 so that they perform well and have progressive growth.
Post – Matric Scholarship – Andhra Pradesh
- Students residing in Andhra Pradesh should fulfil the following eligibility conditions to apply for post matric scholarship in Jnanabhumi Portal –
- Students should study at post matriculation or post-secondary level (Class 11 to PhD level) in a college affiliated to a recognized Board/ University.
- They belong to SC, ST, BC, Kapu, Minorities, EBC and different capacity communities.
- For students coming from SC/ ST/ different capacity associations, the annual family income limit is INR 2 lakhs.
- For students coming from backward classes, Kapu and economically backward classes, the annual family income limit is INR 1 lakh.
- For students from minority communities, the annual family income limit is INR 1.5 lakh (rural) and INR 2 lakh (urban).

- Download the Jnanabhumi Scholarship Application Form (JSAF).
- You can also collect it from college.
