YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme 2021

The government of Andhra Pradesh has launched a scheme for farmers named YSR Rayathu Bharosa Yojana 2021.
Under this scheme, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy has announced financial benefits for the welfare of farmers.
Financial assistance of Rs 13,500 will be provided to each farmer under this YSR Rythu Bharosa Yojana.
Financial assistance will be provided to those farmers who have to cultivate the land.
Through video conferencing in April, the Chief Minister reported that 2000 rupees have been deposited in the bank accounts of farmers.
As of 15 May 2020, the government has collected Rs 5500.
The remaining 4000 rupees 2000 will be deposited in October 2020 and January 2015 respectively.

YSR Rythu Bharosa List Eligibility Criteria

Applicant should be a permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh
Applicant should be associated with the agriculture sector
Small marginal or agricultural tenants can also apply under this scheme.
The farmer should have 5 acres of cultivable land

Exclusions Under AP YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme

Any candidate who is under excluded category cannot apply for this scheme. The list of exclusions under YSR Rythu Bharosa Yojana is as follows: –

All superannuated / retired persons whose monthly pension is Rs 10,000 or more (excluding Multi Tasking Staff / Class 4 / Group D employees) are excluded.
Individuals paying Commercial Tax / Commercial Tax / GST during the last assessment year are excluded.
Farms that have been converted into domestic sites, aquaculture or any other non-agricultural use (updated or not updated in revenue records)
All those paying income tax in the previous assessment year are excluded.
Professional doctors like doctor engineer chartered accountant architects etc. who are registered with professional bodies and carry out their practices
Regular employees of central public sector undertakings and affiliated offices / autonomous institutions (excluding multi-tasking employees/class 4 / group D employees), as well as local bodies, are excluded
If a person is retired from service or retired, Central Government Ministry or State Government Ministry or Officers / Departments or Departments officers or employees or outside their area
If a person is a former or current member of the Lok Sabha / State Legislative Assembly / State Legislative Council, he/she is excluded.
Former or current mayors of the municipal corporation are excluded
The former and current president of the district panchayat is excluded.
All institutional landholders, peasant families in which one or more of its members are former or current holders of constitutional post and former or current ministers and ministers of the state are excluded.

YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme Guidelines

In order to get the benefit of YSR Rythu Bharosa Yojana, some conditions adopted by the farmers are necessary.

There is no restriction on land holdings by landlord families under the YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme.
Tenant is the minimum required area for leasing to the farmer which is as follows
1 acre for agriculture, horticulture or sericulture
If the tenant cultivates vegetables, flowers and fodder crops in half an acre
0.1 acres for beta vines

First Installment YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme 2021

About 49 lakh families have received the minimum support price under the YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme 2021.
On 15 May 2020, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh distributed financial assistance to all eligible farmers.
Through video conference YSR Jagan Mohan Reddy also announced that we want to give Rs 7500, but due to coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic, we deposited Rs 2000 in bank accounts of a respected farmer in the month of April 2020.
On Friday 15 May 2020, the YSR government deposited the remaining 5500 rupees.
After that, the AP government will release Rs 4000 and Rs 2000 in the second and third sections of October 2020 and January 2021 respectively.

2nd Installment of YSR Rythu Bharosa Yojana

The second installment of YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme 2021 has been launched through the Andhra Pradesh government.
The process of depositing Rs 2000 in the account of all the beneficiaries has been initiated by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
For this purpose, a provision has been made by the government to deposit Rs 1114.87 crore in the second phase.
According to this scheme, the total number of farmers is 50,47,383.
During the Rabi season, the Rythu Trust amount will be given to landlords, SC, ST, BC, minority contract farmers, farmers with religion and forest land.

Third Installment YSR Rythu Bharosa List 2021

We all know that the Andhra Pradesh government is providing Rs 13,500 every year to farmers under the YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme to meet the challenges faced in farming.
This amount will be given to farmers for a period of 5 years.
The Andhra Pradesh government has already provided Rs 7500 and Rs 4000 under the first and second installments.
This amount was given to the farmers of Andhra Pradesh on 15 May 2020 and 27 October 2020.

Along with the financial support, the state government is also going to provide input subsidy of Rs. 645.99 crore for crop damage due to preventive cyclone in November.
The total amount to be given under the Rythu scheme is about Rs. 914.76 crores from June to November.
